Micah Kasdan, Director of Electronic Discovery
Micah Kasdan has 9 years of industry expertise in litigation support and eDiscovery solutions.. He has built business development, customer service, project management and eDiscovery operations teams all in the pursuit of professional excellence and service integrity. Prior to joining iBridge Global Services, Micah had served as Vice President of ESI Business Development for TERIS.

Mr. Kasdan has become a regular speaker and educator of legal professionals via corporate and legal associations, educational institutions and industry conferences. He also maintains his certification as a Project Management Professional.

As Director of eDiscovery Services at iBridge Global Services, Mr. Kasdan will use his knowledge to strengthen and broaden the company’s ability to provide full data management services to the litigation community. In a rapidly maturing industry, Micah and iBridge Global Services seeks to create business-appropriate eDiscovery solutions that address the growing complexities of the industry with predictable models and cost structures which professionals can easily understand, adopt and deploy.

Mr. Kasdan graduated from Franklin Pierce College with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Marketing and Business Administration. He is also certified as a Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute.

Ryan Gregg, Business Development and Litigation Support Services
Mr. Gregg joins iBridge with more than 15 years of experience in Business Development in the technology industry, where he has spent the last 8 years serving the Litigation Support Technology and Services industry. Ryan has worked with National and Global Law Firms, Corporate General Counsel, Government Agencies and Litigation Support Companies consulting on Litigation technology platforms and service solutions.

Prior to iBridge, Ryan worked for various companies including MCI as a National Account Manager, where he specialized in deposition and collaboration technology; IPRO Tech as Regional Sales Manager with responsibility for sales in more than 20 States, where he worked with Law Firms, GC and Government Entities on internal solutions for handling EDD, Legal Coding and Managed Review; and Tricom Document Management, an Indian corporation with US offices, as Business Development Manager for North America and the UK.

Ryan received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology at Arizona State University, speaks Spanish, and has lived abroad conducting social research on Law Enforcement and the Justice System in Mexico. Ryan is currently a Master’s of Business Administration candidate at Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Mike Leonard, Business Development Manager
Mr. Leonard is the Business Development Manager at iBridge, LLC. He brings proven experience and measurable value in driving new business and market expansion to the executive management team. Mr. Leonard oversees all aspects of the company’s business development process in healthcare with responsibilities including the development and execution of innovative growth strategies.

Previously, Leonard served as Business Development Director at a private equity firm in their patient finance healthcare division. His prior experience also includes business development management positions with information technology and services companies.

Leonard earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Gonzaga University, Spokane, WA. Outside his successful professional career, he has volunteered many hours of his time in his community, and enjoys many outdoor activities in the great Northwest.

Mr. Rapoport has been an attorney for almost 25 years. He began his career working in the courts and private practice for more than 10 years, and has been in-house corporate counsel since 1998. Rapoport’s experience includes private practice with the large West Coast firm of Bullivant Houser and more than 10 years at Standard Insurance Company, where he held the title of Assistant Counsel & Director of Litigation and managed the company’s ERISA, bad faith and other claims litigation across the country.
Rapoport is a frequent author and speaker. He enjoys being active in Bar and civic organizations.
Currently, Rapoport is an elected member of the DRI Board of Directors, the Chair of the Oregon State Bar (OSB) Section of Litigation, a Vice-Chair of the ABA TIPS Health & Disability Committee, and an appointed member of the OSB House of Delegates. Peter Sternkopf, CTO TERIS

Mr. Sternkopf has more than 20 years of experience in business vision and strategy, business development, marketing, analysis, people development, project management and delivering business value through innovation and technologies. Peter is regularly requested to speak at partner conferences, CLE forums, paralegal associations, law firms, corporate client forums, and as a guest speaker on several panels. Sternkopf is currently the CTO of TERIS and manages the IT, VP- EBD, DESI and EPM teams, strategic initiatives, business partnerships, new products/services, sales training, and marketing.

Prior to joining TERIS, Sternkopf was a senior consultant with MA&A Group for technical, financial, and project management engagements for clients such as SunTrust Bank, YouDecide.com, Workstream, and several east coast healthcare providers. He also served in several positions with IKON Office Solutions including; regional director of electronic solutions, applications development manager, national operations manager, business analyst, and associate managing partner.

He is also the author of several books and many audio programs on business and personal effectiveness. Hooks is a highly sought-out coach and consultant to senior executives in companies ranging from start-ups to the fortune 500 including ITM Software Corporation, Silicon Graphics, and Digital Equipment Corporation.

Mr. Stewart has 39 years of experience structuring merger and acquisition transactions, reorganizations, and management buyouts. He advises clients on and structures domestic and international joint ventures and strategic transactions. He also currently serves as General Counsel to a number of Northwest companies.

In 2007, Stewart took a one-year leave of absence from Davis, Wright, Tremaine to serve as Special Counsel to AIG Corp. in New York, one of the 20 largest corporations in the world, helping AIG manage and evaluate its worldwide, outside legal relationships. Stewart is very active in Professional and Community organizations and serves as Chair, Legal Committee, Vice –Chair of the Audit committee and member of the Executive Committee, Indiana University Foundation; Member Emeritus, Board of Visitors, Indiana University School of Law (Bloomington); Board of Advisors, Indiana University Museum of Art; Lecturer, Lex Mundi Institute, 2005-present; Former Board Member and current member, National Advisory Council, National Multiple Sclerosis Society; Past Member, Board of Directors, Lex Mundi; and Judge, Future Firm Symposium, Indiana University Maurer School of Law, April 2009.
