Privacy Notice
iBridge, LLC (“iBridge,” “we,” “us”) provides a broad range of support services to our business customers, including digital transformation, technology, consulting and assessment, and legal support and certain software-as-a-service products.
When you visit our Websites (ibridgellc.com, legal.ibridgellc.com, technology.ibridgellc.com, consulting.ibridgellc.com , process.ibridgellc.com, ibridgellc.in, metoliusaa.com or any other site operated by iBridge LLC and/or its affiliates) or use our software-as-a service application, Metolius™ (“the App”), you share your personal information with us in various ways. We also may collect personal information directly from you in person, via email or through postal mail. Sometimes we collect it directly from you, and other times, we collect it from our business customer or through our use of technology to automatically collect personal information
This policy applies to our Website, App, and any sites or products that display these terms (collectively, the “Platform”). It does not apply to any website, mobile app, service, or product that does not display or link to this Privacy Notice or that contains its own privacy policy. It also applies to any “offline” collection of your personal information. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Platform. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to this Notice.
How we collect personal information
We may collect personal information from you directly or indirectly. For example, when you fill out a form on our Website, you provide personal information directly to us. In addition, we may also collect information automatically as you use the App. Another example of indirect data collection is our use of “cookies” on our Website and App. We also may collect personal information when you use third parties, such as social media platforms.
We collect personal information when you provide it
When using our Platform, you may provide certain kinds of personal information directly by interacting with iBridge online, or offline (via social media, by phone, email, in person – or even through postal mail).
When you register for a 30-day trial account on the Website, it is necessary for you to provide personal information that includes your name, phone number and email address. You will be provided a username and password and can update password at any time. This information helps us confirm your identity on subsequent visits and makes it easier for you to try our App. Your access to a trial account will be deactivated after 30 days.
We collect personal information from third-party sources
We may receive your personal information from our business customer as part of the delivery of our services, including conducting surveys on behalf of our business customer.
We may collect personal information about you from third parties, such as online social networks if you take part in a forum, for example, or follow us on Facebook or Instagram. We may collect personal information when you click “Share This” or “Like” buttons or otherwise use social media buttons, plug-ins or refer to us using hashtags like #ibridge. Note that any personal information collected by a third party, such as a social networking site, is handled based on their privacy practices rather than this Notice.
We may use anonymized data from within our Platform to create aggregated data sets and share this with third parties. These data sets will never include identifying information like your name, email address, or phone number.
We collect personal information using automated technologies
Sometimes personal information is collected by automated technologies and shared with us when Website visitors and App users navigate through our products and services. We may track your browsing actions and log your IP address. We may also collect device ID (typically a phone or tablet) to ensure the Website or App is readable on your device.
Automated collection technologies – such as cookies, beacons, tags, and scripts – are used by us to analyze trends, administer the Platform, and track users’ movements around the Platform. We, and our third-party partners, also use these technologies to gather demographic information about our user base as individuals and in the aggregate.
A “cookie” is a small text file that is stored on an individual’s computer and downloaded to the computer or mobile device when he or she visits a website. Cookies then send information back to the originating website on each subsequent visit, or to another website that recognizes that same cookie.
The Websites may contain links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.
Our Platform is for individuals who are over 16 years old
We will never knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 16 years. All services we offer are for individuals 16 or older. If we become aware that personal information of anyone younger than 16 has been provided to us, for any purpose, we will delete the information from our files.
Do-not-track requests
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” privacy preference. Generally, when a user turns on the Do Not Track Signal, their browser sends a message to websites requesting that the user not be tracked. Our Website and services currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
How we use personal information
We use personal information to deliver our Website and provide products and services to our business customers to support digital transformation and business efficiencies. We know your personal information is important to you, so we want to be transparent about how we use that information. Here are the ways iBridge uses your personal information:
· To provide access to the Website and App, including maintaining the security and integrity of both.
· To share questions, feedback, or other content customers have provided.

· To comply with legal and regulatory requirements applicable to our business and internal policies for maintaining records.
· To protect all parties (Website visitors, App users and our business customers) in the event of disputes.
· To conduct reviews of our Website and App. Understanding how our Website and App are used allows us to improve product offerings and user experiences.
· To comply with court orders and legal processes, and to enforce our Terms of Use and this Privacy Notice.
· For any other legal, business, or marketing purposes that comply with the practices described in this Notice.
When we use personal information
Once your personal information is collected, as detailed above, we may share it with third parties for various reasons. When we share your personal information with a third party, we require that third party to protect your information consistent with this Notice and limit its use to performing the services they provide to us.
Where you are responding to a survey through our App, we will share your personal information in accordance with our agreement with our business customer.
Where a business customer elects to make payment by credit card, we will collect and process that data, including your credit card number, expiration date and billing address. Our customers can elect to either provide our finance team with payment details that are manually entered into a virtual terminal to process payment, or they can pay directly through a link in their invoice. No data card information is stored or otherwise retained by iBridge following confirmation of payment. Payments processed using the direct link in an invoice are processed in accordance with the terms of your account with that payment processor and we do not receive any payment information from that processor other than confirmation of payment made, date and payment amount.
Our vendors help with Platform analytics, too
iBridge uses Google Analytics to study how users interact with our website.
We may share feedback you provide to us
We want to hear how we’re doing. If you have suggestions for improving our services, we want those as well. If you submit feedback to us relating to our services on our Website, App, or on social media channels we may be publicly share or use this information as set out in our Terms of Use.
Eventual business successors may access information
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or other sale of all or a portion of our assets, any user information owned or controlled by us may be among the assets transferred to third parties as successors in interest. As part of this type of transaction, we reserve the right to transfer or assign your personal information to third parties. Other than to the extent ordered by a bankruptcy or other court, or as otherwise agreed to by you, the use and disclosure of all transferred user information will be subject to this Notice.
We need to comply with legal requirements
We may disclose your information to government authorities or other third parties if any lawful circumstances arise, including when:
· You have given us permission to share your information;
· We are required to do so by law, or in response to a subpoena or court order;
· We believe in our sole discretion that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect against fraud, or to protect our property or other rights or those of other users of the Website, App, third parties, or the public at large; or
· We believe that you have misused the Website or App by using it to attack or gain unauthorized access to a system or to engage in spamming or other conduct that violates applicable laws or our Terms of Use.

We ensure that any employee, contractor, or vendor who has access to personal information in our systems is subject to contractual and professional obligations to safeguard that personal information.
While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet or form of electronic storage is 100 percent secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

International Transfers
iBridge is headquartered in the United States. Your personal information may be transferred to, processed, and maintained in places other than where you live.
The United States currently is not a country the European Union has deemed “adequate” under applicable data protection laws. iBridge collects, transfers, and processes personal information as required by applicable law, including: when you provide your consent, to perform a contract with you (such as to deliver products or services), or to fulfill a compelling legitimate interest of iBridge in a manner that does not outweigh your rights and freedoms. iBridge may enter into data protection agreements or other legally approved mechanisms with its suppliers to support compliance with applicable law.
We have taken appropriate safeguards to require that the personal information we process will remain protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy when transferred internationally, including when processed internationally by third-party service providers and partners. The safeguards we have taken include implementing the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, relying on the third-party service provider’s Binding Corporate Rules or other legally approved mechanism, for any transfer of personal information to non-EEA third-party service providers or business partners.
iBridge previously certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield frameworks (the “Frameworks”). However, both Frameworks were invalidated in 2020; the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield framework on July 16, 2020 and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield framework on September 8, 2020. Prior to invalidation, iBridge certified its compliance with the Frameworks and as required by the Frameworks, any personal information we received under the Frameworks will be maintained in accordance with the applicable Privacy Shield principles. Any data received by iBridge following invalidation will be transferred and processed in accordance with the applicable Standard Contractual Clauses. More information about the Privacy Shield can be found here and more information about the Standard Contractual Clauses can be found here.
California Consumer Rights
Those who reside in the state of California have additional rights reserved under the California Consumer Privacy Act. While iBridge is not currently subject to CCPA, we do recognize that many of our customers may be required to comply with the law and we will provide support to our customers in accordance with our agreements and applicable law. For survey takers and licensed users of our App, please direct any requests associated with CCPA to the business customer that initiated the survey you participated in.
Identity Verification Requirement
We are required by law to verify that any request submitted was made by someone with the legal right to access the information. Therefore, before accessing or divulging any information related to a data access request, we may request that you provide us with additional information so we can verify your identity and legal authority or require that you take an additional step such as logging into your account to validate your identity or to validate your identity through email verification.
To make a request, please contact us at privacy@ibridgellc.com with “Personal Information Request” in the subject line and provide full details about your request, including your contact information and anything you believe is relevant. We will provide a response to an access request within the timeframes required by law. If we cannot substantively respond in a timely manner, we will notify you and provide the reason for the delay.
Under certain circumstances, we may not be able to fulfill your request, such as when doing so would interfere with our regulatory or legal obligations, where we cannot verify your identity, or if your request involves disproportionate cost or effort. But we will respond to your request within a reasonable time, as required by law, and provide an explanation.
