Beaverton, Ore. – July 22, 2010 – iBridge LLC, an information management and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company serving the legal, healthcare, manufacturing and financial services industries, has expanded its operations personnel with the addition of three new employees in its offices in Beaverton, Ore. and India.
The company’s recent growth, driven by the demand for legal support services such as early case assessment, information collection and management, hosting and document review, brings the total worldwide iBridge employee count to approximately 550.
The new additions to the iBridge team are:
- Ara Roselani, US Operations Manager
- Johnson Coilpillai, Head of Operations, India
- Gina Alexander, Executive Administrator
Ara Roselani joins iBridge as U.S. operations manager, with more than eight years of diverse experience in full-service electronic document processing and project management, including both paper and electronic (EED) projects. Previously, Roselani was director of imaging and electronic services at TERIS in Portland, Ore. and Palo Alto, Calif., and imaging manager and electronic project manager at Bridge City Legal in Portland. She is a Concordance certified trainer and software administrator, IPRO certified trainer and iCONECT certified administrator.
Johnson Coilpillai is head of operations for iBridge in India. He draws upon more than 26 years of data processing experience, with specific expertise in business process outsourcing (BPO) operations in litigation and data entry. As head of operations for iBridge in India, Coilpillai manages vendor relationships and a core delivery and Quality Assurance (QA) team of 120 employees in multiple locations. Previously, at Suprawin Technologies Limited in Bangalore, he was a project manager and management representative overseeing database analysis, data creation and quality control for large international corporations.
As executive administrator at iBridge, Gina Alexander brings more than 15 years of experience in business development and growth, operations, customer relations, structuring, organization and executive management. Before joining iBridge, Alexander was a healthcare customer service manager at Aequitas Capital Management in Lake Oswego, Ore. Prior to that, she was with Pampered Chef, a global line of kitchen tools, food products and cookbooks, where she rose to regional director in Oregon within one year and served as one of four national recruiting directors. Alexander holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in education from Auburn University in Auburn, Ala.
