Sales Support Specialist

Job Category: Marketing & Sales

Job Description:

  • Call leads to qualify them as prospects and set appointments for the sales team
  • Support campaign management
  • Work with the division heads to develop customized programs/campaigns for various market/customer segments
  • Support and coordinate the U.S. and Bangalore, India teams for preparing client-specific services documents
  • Maintain call report
  • Interact with prospects/clients as required by the campaign team members

 Qualifications/Skills:

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years
  • Education: Associates degree in business or marketing preferred
  • Have used SalesForce or an equivalent online CRM solution
  • Have a track record of calling into the U.S. market (leads, prospects and clients)
  • Logical, analytical and process driven
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in U.S. English
  • Marketing and Sales savvy
  • Ability to work in team environments as well as with geographically dispersed teams
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple assignments
