Job Description:
- Call leads to qualify them as prospects and set appointments for the sales team
- Support campaign management
- Work with the division heads to develop customized programs/campaigns for various market/customer segments
- Support and coordinate the U.S. and Bangalore, India teams for preparing client-specific services documents
- Maintain call report
- Interact with prospects/clients as required by the campaign team members
Qualifications/Skills:
- Experience: 1 to 3 years
- Education: Associates degree in business or marketing preferred
- Have used SalesForce or an equivalent online CRM solution
- Have a track record of calling into the U.S. market (leads, prospects and clients)
- Logical, analytical and process driven
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in U.S. English
- Marketing and Sales savvy
- Ability to work in team environments as well as with geographically dispersed teams
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple assignments
